Im from out of state (born and raised in California ) but Ive been living in Louisiana for two years. Im a SDSU grad and can see both sides to this issue.
With that said, im curious how much money the Tops program cost LSU and the state? Also, what are the qualifications to receive this assistance ( scholarship )? Do you guys feel thats in danger as well?
