The velvet buck is from this year and the rest are from last year. The last picture is the big deer i killed last year and posted a few days ago. What do you think the deer in velvet will score?

This is my second time posting pics and you have nothing better to do with your time than make jokes about the size of the pictures. I'm sorry that you didn't enjoy my post.

Dude, I think its a great post and very nice deer. It took me 5 times to figure out how to post my pics. I just put up in the thread titled deer cam pics.. Chill out I was joking.

We should get a trail cam photo sticky thread for all of these great photos.

Its cool man, I just get tired of going to the rant because of all the negativity, and this board is a much better place to post. No hard feelings and I hope we can all have a great year hunting. I have 4 cameras out right now and we hunt in a really good place so I always have some cool pictures. What do you think the 8 point in velvet will score? I have pics of him from last year and he has added mass and a little tine length this year. My guess is in the low to mid 120's

120's looks about right. Once the velvet's gone it'll be a bit easier but I still think he's a 120 deer. That last one that you said you shot last year is gorgeous

Looks like a 7 so I'll go 110. If 8 I can see him approaching 120.
Also depends on where you hunt and size of deer.

Where do you hunt gonzo?

Natchez, MS. The deer is a slick 8 point, it's just hard to see in the pics.

Gotcha. I recently moved to the northshore area, and looking for a place to hunt within an hour or 2's drive. I won't have time to get anything going this year, but looking for a good club for next year. Growing up in North LA, man could walk out his back door and kil or catch any species he wanted. Times have changed for sure.

I live in the Hammond area on the northshore and Natchez is a little under 2 hours from me. There are plenty of clubs around the area and there is also some good public land. I bow hunted St. Catherines Refuge last year and it was one of my most memorable hunts. I missed a big 7 point that got 5 yards from me twice. He caught me drawing and I missed him at 40 yards.
