I shot the bird on the last weekend of last season. It was a beautiful pintail. The breast was busted up pretty good so I just went ahead and cleaned it the best I could.
Don't think it would have mounted well but I wish I would have saved it and checked with a taxidermist anyway.

Just wait till you get another nice pintail drake, mount him and add the band to his leg.
