Ummmm I've seen reports that most of the DTs on LSU are like 280+; that's not really that light in the pants. I don't think you have anyone over like 350 but that doesn't seem too bad to me since most hover around 300

I would feel better with all of our DT's being near 300lbs. How does Chavis plan on stuffing the run (Haynesworth) to let his linebackers mop up. Or perhaps the lighter quicker DT's match up better with spread offenses.

I would expect some nice gains from Downs, since usually young guys put on good weight early and since he was injured that should only increase his chances for weight gain. Also, I'd expect large gains for Pep since he has a large frame and was working very hard to keep his weight down when at end. Brockers is already a big guy and very long, so putting on good weight for him may take longer
