I am looking for a restaurant that is open on Sunday night, only in New Orleans a couple of times a year and have enjoyed Bayona, Brigten's, Cochon and August on last couple of trips, is there any similar restaurant that will be open Aug 8th evening?

The Upperline is open on Sunday nights. They also are doing the Garlic fest menu then. That would be my choice.

I was bummed to see Brigten's closed Sunday and Monday, any Monday morning breakfast spot that comes to mind, Upperline looks good.

Breakfast on Monday is going to be tough. Upperline is the best Sunday night dinner option in town. My suggestion for breakfast would be La Boulangerie bakery on Magazine.
