Engineers in upstream and downstream

Ok, so I hope I don't get bashed here for this but being on this site for so many years and more recently with this BP mess has definitely bolstered up my thoughts on the talent in the Oil industry from Lousiana and the gulf south. That being said, my client base which is everything from the topside platform to the coker unit in a refinery are always looking for talented engineers. Even in this economy, good people are hard to come by. We are talking engineers from subsurface to subsea, topside, plant operations, management, production (up and downstream) etc....I am sure this is such a broad stroke that I am missing some skill set.
Anyway, I'd like to get my name out there as a resource for the future. We are HQ in New Orleans and have market share in Houston as well as many other areas domestically and in St Croix. you can check out our website at www.universal-personnel.com. If this gets a decent response without being yanked, I can post my email address so you may either contact me with questions about the market or have for the future.
Thanks....
