1. Les Miles being hired as head coach. Didn't understand the hire then and still don't understand it considering the money LSU had then.

2. Saban leaving like he did

3. Phantom PI against AU

4. Ole Miss/Penn State embarrassment

5. Bama/Florida getting constant calls the entire year in the SEC. It wasn't just the robbed PP INT, if you watched their games, they had by far the most controversial ref games. Its like the SEC favored them because they had the best chances to make a NC appearance, which is obviously huge money...

Those are just recent things that popped in my mind first. Probably worse if I think about it.

What pissed me off about that game WASN'T the refs. It was LSU'S piss poor offensive execution. 5 times inside the 50 and ZERO points. Thats what lost the game for them.

1. LSU loses to UAB (2000). What really set it off was the 80 year old woman at the UT game the next weak waving a "Remember UAB" sign at me.

2. Iowa hail mary

3. Ole Miss debacle

4. Tubbernuts lighting an f'n cigar in the endzone

5. Cecil Collins. That dumbass mofo could've gone down in LSU history.

5. LSU lays an egg against Arkansas at the end of the season during one of Curley's years... players seen laughing on TV... "rock bottom"

That would on my list as well if it happenned today, but 2000 was my first season as an LSU fan (it was my freshman year at LSU), so I had not yet developed the "bond" with LSU football that I have now.

The SEC really helped Florida out. There was the no offensive pass interference on Florida's great white hope at receiver vs LSU. Then they pretty much gave Florida the Arkansas game at the end. And Mississippi State got robbed when a Florida DB or LBer spiked the ball before he got into the endzone.

Bama got lucky too, but not to the extent that Florida did. Bama's help from the SEC was just shown in an easy call via instant replay that didn't happen.

Or zero holding calls in about 8 straight games.
