It's not near campus but Off the Hook has a pretty good roast beef and good poboys. It's New Orleans style. Near campus I'm not too sure. Will have to get over and try Bear's. Heard good things about their roast beef.

Acme is close to campus. Might want to try them.

Forget Off the Hook for a Shrimp Poboy! Real expensive & the shrimp were overcooked & chewy. Copeland's has the best shrimp poboy in Baton Rouge in my opinion & I've eaten them everywhere.
