Hot Fudge Brownie Sundae

I had The Chimes brownie sundae and it was not as good as it used to be. Not too much fudge on it and not hot. Who has the best?

Po Folks back home in NOLA used to have the best Mississippi Mud Pie, served piping hot topped with vanilla ice cream.
They don't make 'em like that anymore.

Bonefish grill has a legit brownie dessert. Its been awhile, but I think it has, ice cream, whip cream, maybe raspberry sauce, some nuts on top. Damn good. Not sure about fudge.

I don't like ordering desserts at some restaurants just because they charge an arm and a leg.
$5 for flan? Pass.
