They already added Boise.
If they want 12, it will be Fresno, Nevada and Hawaii. (their BCS berth counts in the MWC autobid application)

I'd go with Houston over Hawaii. The cost for a smaller conference having to travel out there all the time plus bigger markets in houston make it look like a better fit
