and scaring the shite out of Texas with that scenario? Thats the vibe that I get.
Unless Texas used this to get that tv deal they wanted, thus raping the remaining Big 12 teams.

This is what happened. They will get around 20 million dollars a year plus get to start their own Longhorn Sports Network. If they beat Oklahoma, they've got a clear path to the NC game. It's a very good deal for Texas.

but but. Lets offer Arkansas a spot in the new Big 12 and put it out that they are interested. We may be an average run of the mill SEC team, but there is no way no how we were going to the new BIG 12.

The SEC saved the Big 12 (KU,K-State, Mizzou, ISU, Baylor) should thank the SEC
