From orangebloods.com, of course, that texas is now working with the 9 remaining schools on a tv deal for $25m per school!

You lose Nebraska, which the Big Ten wanted. Then lose Colorado, which the PAC Ten wanted. How does that make your league more valuable?

This will not happen but for debate - SEC shoud then recieve about 35 mil per school.

Their only value is in keeping them out of the hands of Fox. ESPN/ABC apparently willing to pony up $$$. UT planned this blackmail all along.

that's not what they said 20 min ago.....
Ketch and Chad are saying that the new "deal" is:
$17-$20mil to UT, OU, A&M
$14-$17mil to the remaining schools
UT now has an apparent hall pass to start it's own TV network free and clear of the conference's regulations that could add another $3mil on top of it's Big12 TV deal
I've been away from the radio since I got home, what in the world changed in the last 15 min?
