HELL no.
Memphis doesn't bring anything to the table in the way of markets or in football drawing power. Their basketball program will likely regress now that Calipari is in Kentucky.
Maybe the Big East or ACC can take the FedEx guy up on this, but not the SEC. We pay Vandy nearly twice that each year in revenue sharing for God's sake.

If A&M joins, the SEC does not need to resort to promoting a minor league team in order to have 14 members.
