Is all of this a way to say screw you NCAA?

Is this a way to get a true playoff? Might have already been discussed but I am too lazy to search!

How does this say screw you NCAA.
It is the conferences that are blocking a playoff system. Not the NCAA.
Actually I would bet if the NCAA had its way it would have a playoff. Right now the NCAA does not control postseason play. The BCS does.
