Over. And I would say Over if you changed "June" to "July"
No confidence in anything going on out there. Perhaps that is not such an indictment on the intellect or skill of the professionals out there working to stop the leak, as it is a comment on how thoroughly and perfectly the FUBARRED the whole thing.
