Thad Allen interview on NPR

Got some tough questions about why stuff is taking so long to do and the confusion about who is in charge. He gave very "politician-esque" answers that weren't very direct and spoke extremely quickly with a lot of jargon. When I encounter people like this in the business world, my BS detector starts beeping...would like an assessment from someone in the know on whether or not this guy is competent.
