Insertion Pipe Siphoning Oil??

Where is this thing located because I am watching the live feed and I don't see an insertion tube at the end of the riser.

I believe it has been removed in preparation for next step. I have heard it is "wet parked" nearbye.

No tube inserted in the end of the riser.
Insertion tube is parked. Dicovery is set up with "Top Hat" device to be deployed if top kill fails.

thta is what I'm watching. There is no tube inserted in the end of the riser.
My sitreps say the Enterprise is now fitted up with another riser assembly and the top hat device "for the next step or just in case" whichever you prefer.
