I personally don't care for it.
Pros- Different course if u don't regularly play it.
Cons- large ditch running thru course, very tight fairways, not very well maintained for the $40 dollar weekday green fee, overall just not a very fun layout for most golfers.
Pay the extra 10 bucks and play santa maria, or save a few dollars and play one of the other brec courses / LSU.

They revamped it last year with new ownership.
It is nice. It is a narrow course, so don't miss the fairway.
And you can do a weekday twilight for $25

It's a tight course but if kept in the fairways gives you some scoring opportunities. Played it 2 weeks ago and I thought it was in better shape than Pelican Pointe.
