I'm hoping that we return to a pro-style offense; hence the planning ahead for a pro-style quarterback that will fit THAT system.

I can accept thinking for the future, however why would the current coaching staff recruit players for the coaching staff that potentially replaces them??

The assistant coaches wouldn't, of course, but I'm hoping that Coach Miles will still be here in 5 years and, as Head Coach, is guiding his recruiters toward the pro-style offense again. I realize it's a lot of conjecture and wishful thinking, but that's just what I'm hoping for.
