Does anybody have a bill of sale form or know what I need to do to sell a car?

If you are selling your vehicle to another individual, get the bill of sale notorized. The buyer pays the notory fee.

Do I do this before or after the sale?

Get the BoS notarized by a notory after the sale, both parties have to be present before the notory.
