don't see why either one couldn't be significantly improved upon... you can argue both are functions of not making the correct read quickly and making the correct decision to throw or ditch
to some extent the sacks are also a function of OL and back blocking... which was a problem last year

Sacks can more easily be improved. You have the quarterback count to 4; if he hasn't thrown the ball, throw it away. Learn where he can throw it and it not be grounding. If he can't find an open man by the 4 count, or if he is being chased, throw it away. Period.
The problem with the interceptions is everyone in the stadium could tell who he is throwing to. He still stares down his target. It takes a lot of dedicated coaching and work to break that habit.
