I played a little of it and it is for the most part EXACTLY like the first, and I had to empty my entire pistol clip into a guy to kill him.

From a previous thread I started after playing the demo:
I downloaded this demo the other day and played it. The vast terrain was pretty impressive. I also like how you have a vast array of vehicles to use. Parachuting is fun. I found myself doing this as often as I could. Really enjoyed that.
However, the controls absolutely suck IMO. I found them to be very clumsy. Also you have to shoot an enemy for like 10 seconds to kill him it seems which gets pretty annoying. How bad this was really overpowered the other enjoyable aspects of the game for me.

The game is okay. The storyline in kind of stupid (as well as the character acting), but the missions are fun. I love getting in a helicopter and blasting compounds with fuel tanks exploding left and right.
It does take a lot to bring someone down. There's an upgrade system for the weapons that increases accuracy, damage, range, ect as you move on. This will probably make a difference.
I'm enjoying playing, but it's not a GOTY candidate.
