Actually, you can criticize him some on recruiting. While his classes are highly ranked and bring in some great athletes, his lack of thorough recruiting in several positions has left our depth and quality in uncomfortable states. Namely, the recruiting of DL and LBer have been pretty inconsistent under him. Last year, we were playing a walk-on at DT.

Really, I'd say LBer and DT have been his weaknesses overall. Still the man can recruit and has done a great job bringing in athletes.
