I think the media perception of the Colts was that they won every game they tried to win, while the Saints lost to the Cowboys and the Bucs when they needed to win. That may have put him over the top.

I don't agree though.

This is the best answer right here. I can understand it from this point of view.

But just 109.6 to 99.9 is a big difference (rounded up 110 to 100 or 109 to 100.)


(And of course Drew Brees doesn't care.)
