hate it beyond words that he's leaving, but from the joy of the Superbowl comes the reality that it's a harsh business.
The Saints lose a GREAT player and Fujita gets his payday.
I salute BOTH for making tough decisions.
The road is littered with teams who keep older guys too long, trying to recapture that magic. Though, but shrewd move.
I hope Fujita has a great, injury free career and success against the other 30 teams!

Players like Fujita are the heart and soul of the NFL. They might not be the tallest, fastest, strongest, or most skilled, but they bring all they have to the game week in and week out, and are pure class on and off the field. We will all miss you Fujita, and you'll always be received in NOLA with a hero's welcome.

God it sucks to see him go. Like everyone's been saying, he clearly isn't an elite LB, but to lose an average performer who brought great chemistry and presence to the field and locker room is a tough loss. Scott, make your money, retire in three years, and move back home to NO.
