I did some reaserch on this Parks guy after you picked him. He is damn good, you are lucky i didn't find out about him sooner.

His productivity didn't match up with his rankings by the recruiting services. He lacks the ideal measurables and he committed very early to UVA. The circumstances surrounding his arrest were also a bit strange. Hopefully he stays out of trouble moving forward. I am sure he is on thin ice.

Stevie told Yetty he didn't know how to coach. So he took over Yetty's team.

This seems like a cool idea, but what are you going to do once you have your roster? I guess I'm failing to see what this is going to lead to.

It was great fun when there was little else to do related to football. It went on for quite a while. The final "scoring" system is TBD b/c OBUDan has the last call, but here is where we plan on tracking it.

Mock Draft Scorecard & Rosters

First dibs next year will be given to those who started (AND FINISHED) the process. There will likely be 5-10 slots. Those interested should let OBUDan know. Highly recommended if you have steady access online and love to follow recruiting.

Sweet, I would be up for that next time this rolls around for sure. The scoring seems like it will be tough to figure out though.

Yep. Truth is the scoring is secondary. Once you pick these guys, you feel like they are part of "your" team. It has been interesting to see the attrition even since the draft began. Kids have quit, transferred, arrested, been kicked off of teams, and even passed away. Let OBUDan know that you are interested.

Actually, now that I think about it, the best scoring system would seem to be something that involves being named to the All-Conference teams and All-American teams. That's about the only way each position is equally represented.

Well I will be one of the 5-10! I'm ready to go. I need to study the scoring system and see if I need to change my strategy.

Meant to post this the other day.

Not wholly a bad thing though. UCLA is on the rise and I don't think he'll have to sit out a year.

He got his release from UNC. He confirmed on FB today. I am tight with my boys!
