What time on Sunday to find a good spot in NO?

I've read all of the threads and have seen the websites of the list of places to go and watch the game, but I'm curious what time we should expect to get there in order to get a seat at a table somewhere with a good view of the TV. What are other people's plans? 10am? Noon? 2pm?

Man if your coming to NOLA, better get here early in the morning... alot of hotels are sold out, the bars (decent ones) will be full.... Good luck.....
