It's possible he could resign/get fired over 7 regular season wins, but I think that it is unlikely - again - what do you tell the next guy - "If you don't win 59 or 60 games in 6 years, you're fired..."?
Yes, because a large number of LSU fans can remember the 1990s and know what "bad coaching" is. However, it wouldn't be much above 52 or 53% because there are also many idiots in Purple and Gold.

it looks like from this thread that rather than 8 regular season wins it might be closer to 7 that is the bench mark. As for the poll, I unofficially put it at 42% yea come back for '11 and 58 % at nea.
