Richt is making a mistake going after that dude. He was demoted from his DC duties prior to Muschamp going there. I don't know who he should go after. Perhaps pay big money for a position coach in the NFL.

If they hire Akina now, they could end up hiring Smart or Muschamp after next season for HC.
