I think JJ has a lot of improvement to make in all aspects of his game but he took a step in the right direction this season. You make your best improvement between your first and second real season of playing time.
Now what did Mauck do well? How did he have balls? The stats don't lie in the big games.

so is this a rule etched in stone somewhere?...you fricking stat guys amaze me...tell me where this just always has to happen...Face it the guy has defied all odds and has peaked as a Soph...he doesnt work, he's scared and doesnt want any part of a big game...
