We'll see. Mallett has a great upside, but he also has glaring weaknesses. And Brantley hasn't done anything to convince me that he's the second coming of Jason White. But then again, Chris Garrett hasn't even taken a snap and posters on here feel that way about him.

we will be 11-1 with jj and crowton.jj will be 1st team.nah,if bama goes 12-0 and goes to the ship again that frickin bama qb will be 1st team.

McElroy = Alabama has a good defense...reminds me of RP when he was a junior at LSU

I though he was coming back. Assuming he does, I would give him the nod for best in the SEC, but he can be terribly inconsitent. Another year in college would do him a lot of good.

On offense, JJ is about 4th or 5th on our list of problems (as a first year starter in the SEC, no less).
1. Coaching (GC)
2. O-line
3. Playcalling
4. No run game
5. JJ's indecisiveness (his accuracy and arm strength are fine, but he needs to know when to pull the trigger).
