Miles Contract Extension Clause:

In exercising the discretion granted in the employment agreement and amendments as to whether to grant a one-year term extension, the Chancellor will be guided by the following:

A. Winning eight or more games in a season presumptively will be the basis for a one-year extension.

B. A decision by the Chancellor not to grant a one-year term extension for any reason must be concurred in by the President of the LSU System.
