We are an old team overall, but some of our old guys (Carney, McKenzie, Clancy, Brown) are not exactly guys we're counting on for next year.
As has been pointed out, all of our skill players on offense should be just as good next year. The offense will, if anything, be even more potent next year, especially if we can get a good tackle or center in the draft and upgrade our O-line.
The defense is getting old at LB, and we definitely have to draft there again and hope that Arnoux can also eventually develop into a starter. Sharper is old, and it's hard to know how long he can play at a high level, but Usama Young is improving and we may still switch Jenkins to safety and we'll also have Chip Vaughn to develop. Gay has definitely lost a step and will only get slower and we ultimately need to find another good CB (depending on what we see from Jenkins the rest of the season).
We can become a dynasty if we can get a good DT and OLB in this year's draft or free agency, and develop at safety, cornerback, and offensive tackle within the next two years.
