Excited to play LSU and looking forward to a fun game in Orlando. I really think we have a lot of respect for what your program has become over the last several years.

Good luck and hoping for no serious injuries. Go Lions.

I live in Philly and I am already talking smack. I might not live to see the game.

Should be fun.

Hopefully LSU makes a better showing in my hometown than they did the last time.

haha I doubt there are many other LSU fans here in Philly. Is there a bar you go to around here (philly) to watch the games?

Being a nittany lion fan in philly is fantastic.

looking forward to the matchup

Unfortunately I'm old enough to remember our last meeting NL. I was a lad of 8 when we hooked up in the Orange Bowl.

We eschewed a field goal right before the half to go for a TD and did not make it.

Ended up losing 16-9 but held Capelleti well in check...in fact Brad Davis outrushed him easily.

I would like revenge but expect a good battle. How many fans do you think you will bring to Orlando?

I think quite a few. A ton of our people flock to Florida in the winter as it is and we draw really well in FL bowl games. I'm expecting plenty of our fans there for this one.

That Orange Bowl was an epic game. Both teams really played well on defense. I'd probably expect more of the same for this one too. I just hope we don't blow it on special teams (it's been our achilles heel all year.)

Special team's have actually been a bright spot for us this year and I think most here will agree.

But as you can see there is a bit more disappointment than elation at our season as expectations were a bit higher, maybe not so much record-wise but quality of play.

Could be special teams is the difference which would be good for us if regular season form holds true.

Good game. Remember it too. Was it 72 or 73?

If it holds form as per the regular season and special teams is the difference you guys will have a big edge there. It's just been rough for us returning punts and kicks AND covering punts and kicks. Our punter (Jeremy Boone) is excellent at pinning the ball inside the 20 but he takes too long to get the punt off and it's burned us a couple of times.

Our defense has been our strong suit and that's really where I hope we can make up for any gaffes on special teams. It'll be tough stopping the LSU offense but I think we can make some plays on D.

It'll be fun that's for sure.
