Possibly if you can find a place with Air Force Network. I watched the first two LSU baseball games of the CWS in Sicily. It may be tough since there is multiple games that day and AFN only has one sports channel.

Yep, I watched last years bowl game in Florence, and have watched previous bowl game in Venice.
There are several choices to watch bowl games and plenty Americans wearing colors.

just buy a slingbox and watch it on your laptop. Much easier and only costs about $100

I was in Croatia, which is next to Italy, last year when LSU played Georgia Tech in the bowl game...had to catch it on www.justin.tv at like 3:00 a.m. Watching it, I was under the impression that it was an unauthorized Internet broadcast.

Exactly as the poster above said....Buy a Slingbox and watch it from your laptop. As long as you have a high speed connection, it will be clear and fast streaming.
I have watched all of the LSU games this year on mine except when there was a feed on my cable in Abu Dhabi. I watched 3 games on Fox Sports on cable. I watched the rest on Slingbox by Direct TV where I have the account set up at a place of business in Wisconsin to where I never get a blackout for the Southeast region. I watched LSU games in Abu Dhabi, Bali, Bangkok, and Nigeria this year. Did not miss one.
I also watched all of the Saints games as I have NFL Sunday Ticket. This Slingbox is the only way to go to make sure you can see the game. It costs about $200 for the new box as I bought mine 3 years ago for $120.
