I don't know much about him, but I think he also took a job at Mississippi State for a very brief stay and left for Tennessee right away.

He did. I forgot about that. Still doesn't dilute the point though, in my opinion. He's been moving up the ladder and often that requires you to jump whenever the better opportunity presents itself.
