Rodgers vs. Ravens or Palmer vs. Detroit

Rodgers has been a fantasy machine this year...but should this be the week I go with Palmer off the bench against a horrible Detroit D?

I understand that. It is just hard for me to pull Rodgers when he puts up 20+ every week regardless of who he is playing. It also seems like the Bengals have been trying to stay on the ground more in the last couple weeks. With the loss of C Henry and trying to get ample carries to LJ and Ced B I might have to stick with Rodgers. Am I looking too deep into this or what
I am in 3rd by myself right now..so if I win I am in. Really don't want to make a huge mistake on this decision.
