If MSU beats Ole Miss, then LSU is in line for the Capital One Bowl if we win. This is LSU related.

Can we get a sticky?

Ole Miss blew their wad last week folks!

The Capital One Bowl sucks shite. Cotton Bowl would be better.

This is LSU related as it can directly affect our bowl game.

No I'm not. I know the Capital One bowl is a better bowl technically, but it is a horrible game to attend. Boring, terrible stadium, against some shite big ten team.

Like I said in another thread...it is pretty sad that we are at the level to have to rely on a MSU win to upgrade our bowl, since we couldn't do it ourselves.

you Guys rooting for cotton are morons.

Cap one is like a million dollar more payout, is more prestigious, and an easier win.

If we win cap one the season is saved, we finish top 10.

MAY is arguably the 3rd best team in the SEC so whatever.

Would you be happier if we were relying on UGA?

I'm going to the bowl game, and the Capital One Bowl sucks. I'd rather see the new stadium in Dallas.

And, the bowl win against a big 12 team like Oklahoma State would be easier than a win against Iowa IMO. It's hard to get up for a team like Iowa.

You can phuck off with that nonsense. LSU doesn't deserve a good bowl this year. Cap One blows as far as excitement is concerned. Sad that Miss State would be responsible for us getting into a better bowl. It shows how bad Les Miles actually is.

Your ability to attend the game does not outweigh the extra $1MM payout

I never said it was a better thing for LSU. It's a better thing for the fans and I think it gives us a better chance to win.

Plus, it helps us recruit east Texas maybe.

dude, you do realize that the school makes no more money going to the cap one as it does to the cotton, right ?? the school doesn't get the money ... all the bowl payouts after traveling expenses from every school in every game is put in a pot and split 13 ways in the SEC .. basically, LSU gets the same money that vanderbilt does .. the only difference is that the better the bowl, the better the trip for the players, coaches, staff, and VIPs ... you have a little more money to spend on your travel party in the cap one than you do the cotton, but that's it ..
