So did a lot of other teams.

Again, I'm not saying I totally disagree with you. I posted a couple of weeks ago prior to the Ole Miss game that I think our best days with Miles are behind us. I'm just saying we will have some down years.

With those down years, I hope to have coaching in place that gives us an opportunity to win. I do not think we can go 11-1 or 12-0 every year.

This is the biggest game in Miles' tenure at LSU. Win, and look good doing it, and he may start to rebuild some of the confidence of the fans that has been lost over the last 2 seasons. Lose and it confirms the impression that the program is slipping badly.

My gut feeling is that this is a very bad matchup for LSU. We cannot get pressure on Mallet and cannot score enough to keep up with them. Unless we get a strellar defensive performance, we could get blown out.
