Absolutely correct. Our O line and D line are mediocre. At best. Recruiting rankings are heavily weighted at the skill positions and are subjective to say the least. People read those rankings from year to year and make unwarranted assumptions about overall talent and depth.
I've been following LSU football for a very long time. Longer than some of you have been alive. LSU fans historically overrate its talent in down years. "If only we had the right coach . . .". I remember the myth of Bear Bryant saying that if he had Charlie Mac's talent he'd win the SEC every year. To the extent he said anything close to that, he was jerking people's chains.

Too bad so many of the morons who are howling for LM to be fired actually believe that lie. I have had several people swear to me that it is gospel truth. I simply shake my head and turn my back on them. I have given up trying to educate the stupid on urban legends.
