What maps aren't open for HC besides the maps that aren't open for teams period (IE - rust)

I don't understand why Free for All doesn't allow all of the maps. You can't say they don't work well because Estate is a cluster frick.

Yea what is there 15 maps? Yet when i play it seems like i always play the same 5 or 6 maps
