running a spread that attacks vertically takes a lot of balls and luck to run it well

also you need to face teams who don't have great speed rushers

Yea I don't know why I said 3-3-5 !

I have a very detailed article breaking down his defense on my home computer that I'll try to post later tonight. It goes very indepth on his schemes, the personnel he likes, the coverages he runs. It's very interesting and something I think many on this board would be very interested in reading.

3-3-5 is a high school defense.

It's basically a cover for having a shitty defense. You can pass rush a lot and have a lot of perplexing looks, but is there anyone in big time CFB that runs this?
