playcalling and putting the wrong people on the field. Playcalling is definately on Crowton. I don't know if Miles or Crowton make the personel decisions, but having guys like Lafell and Shep and not getting them plenty of touches/game is down right RUH TARD ED

In a nutshell - Crowton is the one that keeps calling the "Lame Option" & "Hapless Hitch" plays. Same story, different school/team...
