I haven't been able to figure out what basis the on field refs had for calling PP out of bounds. If you didn't see the play, why should the default be failure instead of success? In this situation, he never should have been called out of bounds and replay should have been used to overturn that call.

This is the best view the replay booth had. Can you honestly say his right foot was in? I don't think so.
