Anyone used the Riot Shield yet?

It is sooooo sick... You can absorb so much damage and if you have someone following behind you
they can easily f' up the other team that is distracted with you... (you can also ram and kill them with it)
JW if anyone else has used it yet.. It kept me entertained/laughing for a good hour or so last night when i used it

you must of been part of the team i played last night. Everyone of them had one, was rather annoying, pulled out the thumper and ended their fun though

I haven't used it yet...I don't like the idea of giving away my primary weapon.
I haven't had any problems cutting down opponents who are using it though. I'm not sure how advantageous it may be.

i tried to use it and be a "point man" for the rest of my team. but they all ran around me and got shot...
i've actually been most successful just randomly running around with it. enemies follow me around trying to kill me--i even earned a "you're an excellent distraction" accolade. i think i am gonna try it with the blast shield perk and see how it works then.
