if we lose one more game this year during the regular season, Miles is not a great coach!!! I'll give all the Miles lovers the two losses(like every year) but if he loses to LA Tech, Ole Miss, or Arkansas, he should not be our coach anymore. Certainly he shouldn't lose to La Tech, but dropping the past 2 games to Ole Miss and past 4 to Houston Nutt, or the last 3 games to Arkansas, should warrent a regime change in the near future...

Can we all agree that declaring every game, no matter the circumstance, to be a defining moment for Les Miles is asinine?

No. If you are going to jump off a ledge then jump, but don't grab the hands of others when you do.

It's possible 3 teams are better than LSU this year. We got beat by two of them.

depends on what happens in the bowl game. 10+ wins this year puts him the "great" catagory imo.

No. Ole Miss and Arkansas are talented teams capable of beating any SEC team.

If we lose another game (la Tech, Ole Miss, Ark. & Bowl), I will be disappointed and highly concerned about LSU's direction.

LSU certainly owes Ole Piss and Arkie a beat down, especially the Razorbacks.

I'd love to have beaten Fla. and Bama, but I can handle those loses. I couldn't handle losing to the Rebs or Razorbacks.

No way Arkansas should get a three-pete over LSU

Miles will never be an elite coach in my mind. The only way he could do that would be to go undefeated and win the Ship. That wont ever happen. He is a decent coach, a good recruiter, and a nice guy. I think he ends up alot like phillip fulmer. It will take about 3-4 more years then a couple of really bad years and he will be gone.

Wow.

No I already said that he is a bad coach, but for the Miles lovers, losing to any of those three teams is unacceptable

If he loses to Tech, you won't have to worry.

Let's hope that doesn't happen. I still feel terrible that we lost to those asshats in basketball 20 seasons ago. A loss in football to Tech would be detrimental. They'd never play us again just so they can say they won the last one. And frankly, I think we could have some problems due to the Bama game taking the wind out of our sails. We left a lot in Tuscaloosa. Also, it looks like J. Lee and S. Ridley will be starting on Saturday and the offense may not clique as it should. The O-Line may be tired and the players may not be looking forward to playing this game. The crowd will likely be lethargic.

We should beat Tech by 25-30 points, but if we are still hungover from Bama and are looking ahead to Ole Mrs., we could have an ugly night. If Tech SOMEHOW beats us, that will reflect soley on the head coach and at that point, many plus many more plus the already massive amount who want him out will conglomerate and be a much louder, more serious voice. We lose to Tech and then drop the last two games, there will be SERIOUS discussion, God forbid.
