re: Has anybody else renounced turkey for Thanksgiving?

I'm all about some fried turkey if really juicy, but can't stand baked or smoked unless for a thin sliced sandwich.

I mean, i'd really rather have a brisket, fried catfish, gumbo, or some other kickass food.
