Dutchtown beats (7)East St. John, 34-0. Eric Reid #1 finished the game with one interception and a few tackles(not sure on the number)and one big hit. Marcus Godfrey #20, made two interceptions, one returned for a touchdown. Lucas Shipman #49, also made one interception. I'm not sure who lead the team with tackles and everything yet, but were talking about a strong D over there in Geismar, Louisiana. They put the on them!! lol

I've been to 3 Dutchtown games and Reid has gotten hurt in every one and didnt finish. Hope that isn't a sign of things to come.

This is not true. Reid did tweak an injured shoulder during some games throughout the season. He has been finishing every game, but has had to come out for a few plays here and there.

Hopefully it isnt a future sign but, yes Reid did get tweaked on the shoulder. He seemed fine once he got up. He was on a blitz when it happened.

Spoke with his dad earlier in the year. This was a result due to the surgery he had on his shoulder and his dad said some soreness from scar tissue was all it was. He has been finishing every game since about the second week.

very typical after shoulder surgery...the first couple of times you get hit on it, it will feel like you re-injured your shoulder..been there done that..
