Just because Crompton had a good day against them doesn't mean that Jefferson will.

but it does make a little bit of an argument against those that say since Jefferson had a bad game against florida that he can't have a good game against bama.

More importantly, Crompton didn't overachieve against Bama. His stats against Bama correlate with this stats for the season.

It's not like Crompton completed a higher percentage of passes against Bama than he usually does.

To win this game all the fazes of LSU's game will have to show up positive in some shape or form. It is not on just one player's back as ESPN seems to think about all these great players each week. In order for the QB to do his job effectively the recievers have to run their routes correctly of the reads that both get from the defense, also that OL does it's job effectively. So one player does not win a game it takes several pieces coming together at one given time each time they snap the ball during the game. So, the next time tries to tell you that it is in one man's hands for them to win the game, that is not true. If it was then why do they have 11 on offense and 11 on defense. JMHO!

I say LSU 34 Bama 27
