2—Points allowed in the fourth quarter by the Saints in four games, which was scored by Philadelphia on an intentional safety in Week 2. The next lowest total is seven by the Denver Broncos.

Complete reversal of last year when whoever had the ball last would generally win.
I called an 11-5 record for this team before the season because the Saints could have gone 13-3 last year if the defense had just been a little better. With just a little better defense and some semblance of a running game, they would have put the ball in Brees' hands 2-3 more times per game and you are talking about more points. So, with the addition of Williams I thought that the defense would be just a little better.
I was completely wrong. This team is far better than I expected. They still might go 11-5 or 12-4, depending on how the ball bounces, but they are much better than they were a year ago and it is great to see!
